Q: How much time does it usually take for an item or items to arrive after ordering them?

A: Items typically take 10 - 14 business days to arrive. Rush orders are available though. 

Q: What if I want to order an item with my logo but do not have a graphics person on staff to get it ready?

A: Koch Specialties employs a graphic artist that can work with you to meet your art requirements. Custom artwork is also available for an additional charge. 

Q: What if I want to order an item that I do not see on your website?
